Whenever Nathan and I have time to be...just the two of us...he calls it our
"SPECIAL TIME TOGETHER."
So before going to pick up Jason from the airport,
we took advantage of my sister and left the other kids at home.
Then we drove through some surprise traffic and stopped in Kaysville
for a much needed visit with my mission companion Holly and then headed into SLC
to stop at Temple Square. We talked and noticed and remembered and laughed.
I felt like he was grown up and I think he felt like maybe I wasn't such a "grown up."
We ate dinner at the Garden Restaurant and looked out over the Salt Lake Temple.
We enjoyed the view and I loved looking at my boy who was big enough to order his own
milkshake, but small enough to want to throw pennies in the fountain.
