Emily made it seem so easy to go to Kindergarten. Jason and I had to remind ourselves that it was a big deal, because she acts like she's been ready for forever. I surprised her with a cupcake after school. I told her I was trying to make the day special and she said, "Actually, I'd rather have some Sprite and play paperdolls to make the day special." So that's what we did!
When I met the boys after school, I saw them walking towards me from across the field. My heart melted as I watched them together. They were talking as they walked and seemed so cool and grown up. I felt happy for them and for me. It's going to be a great year!

These are adorable pictures, Janet! Your kids are awesome.
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the pictures. I can feel it all with you - the joy, the excitement and a little bit of mother sadness as her "babies" grow up so cute!! Thanks for sharing!! It makes it easier to live so far away! Mom in Orem
What great pictures! It made me feel like I was there! I just love watching your kids grow up! Nathan seems so grown up in those photos. I still remember them as little kids...where as the time gone!
